Instant Messaging is the latest intuitive tool to join the service and it’s accessible from a single login, on a single platform.
The new Instant Messaging channel is designed as an umbrella channel that will, in the near future, encompass multiple messaging services. Telegram is the first release, WhatsApp and Messenger will be integrated shortly. Instant Messaging will be available across all sending modules and accessible from the same familiar editor, ensuring a seamless integration into current communication strategies.
