Advertising OKE.IO is a scam!!!!

I have been using the shortener OKE.IO for some time and i recently achieve the minimum payout which is $5 by PayPal. I have request payout for $5.22100 (ad views) + $0.000555 (referrals) on 20/3/2022 and it has passed more than a month and my cash out is still Pending. Do not used them. They are a scam.
