Crunchyroll has pushed two new games into the Crunchyroll Game Vault including Purple Tree Studio’s Thunder Ray which was already on iOS before as a premium release. Shaun even reviewed it last year. Read his review here. The second game is Poppy Works’ Hime’s Quest that is also available to download for free if you want to play the Game Boy Color version. Both games are available for Crunchyroll Mega and Ultimate Fan members right now at no additional cost. Watch the new Thunder Ray and Hime’s Quest Crunchyroll trailers below:
If you have an active Crunchyroll Mega or Ultimate membership right now, you can grab Thunder Ray on the App Store for iOS here and on Google Play for Android here. Check out Hime’s Quest on the App Store for iOS here and on Google Play for Android here. It is disappointing that the premium version of Thunder Ray was delisted for this new version. Hopefully prior purchases can redownload it without issues going forward. With today’s update, it looks like Crunchyroll might be going for an old game and new mobile port combo for its Crunchyroll Game Vault drops. What do you think of today’s additions and what is your favorite Crunchyroll Game Vault release so far?
