Award-winning iGaming platform provider, GR8 Tech, inaugurated its latest hub in Warsaw, Poland, on June 6, 2024.
Embracing a remote-first model since the pandemic, GR8 Tech continues to support its diverse international staff by offering flexible and comfortable working conditions. Alongside facilitating home office arrangements, the company establishes local hubs in key locations where employees are concentrated and where hiring activities are active.
These hubs, now available in several European locations including Cyprus, the Czech Republic, and now Poland, provide employees the option to work in an office-like environment. This initiative is part of GR8 Tech’s commitment to ensuring optimal working conditions for its employees, regardless of their chosen workspace. This dedication was recently recognized with the “Best Workplace 2024” title by the SiGMA Americas Awards.
The new Warsaw hub will serve as a convenient workspace for over 80 specialists already based in Poland, as well as for new employees joining the company. Additionally, it will be available to any GR8 Tech employees traveling internationally who need a professional environment to work from.
The opening of the Warsaw hub aligns with GR8 Tech’s broader strategic initiatives across Europe, and specifically in Poland. Recently, GR8 Tech participated as a technology partner in Poland’s largest IT festival, Code Europe, held on June 10-11 in Krakow.
At this event, GR8 Tech’s Chief Talent Officer, Tetiana Davydova, delivered a talk on “Mastering the Science of Negotiation: Secrets to Successful Dialogue in Tech.” GR8 Tech will also be a partner at the Devoxx conference in Krakow on June 19-22, where the company’s Deputy CTO, Pawel Grzegrzolka, will present on “Integrating Quality Gates in IaC.”
