One of the best kinds of friends to have is the one who loves to cook. When they're not giving you the delicious leftovers of a recipe that they've just trialed, they're inviting you over to dinner so they can share their passion even more. The only downside is that these kinds of acquaintances can sometimes be hard to come by. There are many people who just don't know their way around a kitchen like that, or they find it to be a chore.
It's true that cooking can be time-consuming, and good results are not always guaranteed. That's why sometimes it's nice to just order takeout instead, and make up for the guilt by looking at cooking memes. They may not fill us up, but they do provide plenty of entertainment. It's amazing how all this humor can be cooked up with a only a few simple ingredients (and a little creativity).
