One person who we'll call OP worked in a team at a store. Basically, they could only leave when the next scheduled worker showed up for their shift. You know those kinds of jobs⌠the ones where one rotten coworker ruins it for everyone. OP would gladly help his boss when needed, staying extra, and doing overtime even when they didn't entirely want to. Normally OP would cover morning shifts, which meant they got up super early to get to work at 6 am.
